Verilux Wellness supplies products designed for laboratory research and analytical use. These products are not medicines and are not approved pharmaceutical products. By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you understand the nature of these products and that you will use them responsibly and in accordance with the laws that apply where you are.
1. Research use only
Every product sold by Verilux Wellness is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use.
Our products are not drugs, food, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices. They have not been approved by the Thai Food and Drug Administration, the United States Food and Drug Administration, the European Medicines Agency or any other regulatory authority for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition.
They are not for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application or any other form of administration to a person or an animal. Nothing on this website is medical advice, a dosing recommendation or an invitation to use these compounds on a living subject.
We publish detailed pharmacological and analytical information because our customers are researchers who need it to interpret their own data. Publishing that information is not an endorsement of any use outside a laboratory setting.
2. Who may order
By placing an order you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 20 years of age (the age of majority in Thailand), or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher;
- you are a qualified researcher, or you are ordering on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, university or business with a legitimate research purpose;
- you are legally permitted to receive and possess these materials in your jurisdiction;
- you will store, handle and dispose of the materials safely and in line with recognised laboratory practice;
- you will not resell, redistribute, relabel or supply the materials to any person for human or animal use.
We may refuse or cancel any order, at our discretion and without giving reasons, where we have concerns about intended use. Where we do, we refund in full.
3. Acceptance of these terms
Using this website, creating an account, or completing checkout means you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. At checkout you are asked to confirm your acceptance explicitly before an order can be placed. If you do not accept these terms, please do not order.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that governs that order.
4. Products, testing and certificates of analysis
Every batch we sell is tested twice: once at the point of synthesis, and again by an independent laboratory after the batch has arrived in Thailand. Analytical reports are hosted on the testing laboratory’s own domain rather than ours, so they cannot be edited by us after publication.
- Purity figures, mass-spectrometry results and batch identifiers shown on this site refer to the specific batch stated on the report.
- Each vial carries a batch code and a scratch-off authentication key that link it to its own report. You can check any vial at veriluxwellness.com/verify/.
- Analytical results describe the material as tested on the date of testing. They are not a warranty of performance in your assay, and they do not survive mishandling after delivery.
- Product images are representative. Vial appearance, closure colour and label revision may vary between batches.
5. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices, discounts and stock levels may change without notice. The price confirmed in your order confirmation is the price that applies.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Where a discount is offered for a particular payment method, the discount is applied at checkout and is not retroactive.
- Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the relevant network. Network fees, exchange-rate movement between quotation and confirmation, and underpayments or overpayments are your responsibility, although we will always work with you in good faith to resolve a shortfall or return an excess.
- An order is only accepted once payment has cleared and we have sent an order confirmation.
6. Shipping, cold chain and delivery
Our products are temperature-sensitive. We ship in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging and hold stock at 2–8 °C from the moment a batch clears customs.
- Bangkok: orders confirmed before 3:00 PM local time are dispatched for same-day cold-chain delivery, subject to stock and courier availability.
- Elsewhere in Thailand: typically 2–3 days by cold-chain express courier.
- Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs or events outside our control.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us, including delivery to a building reception, hotel front desk, mail room or a person who accepts on your behalf.
- You are responsible for refrigerating the material promptly on arrival. Our cold-chain guarantee ends at the point of delivery.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials whose integrity cannot be verified once they have left our custody, we cannot accept returns of delivered goods. This does not affect any rights you have under Thai consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
- You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched.
- If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, visibly compromised, or with a batch code that does not resolve on the verification page, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace it or refund it.
- If an independent re-test that you commission shows the material materially fails the purity stated on its certificate of analysis, send us the report and we will refund that item in full.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds are returned as the equivalent value in the same asset at the time of the refund.
8. Prohibited uses
You must not:
- administer these products to yourself, another person, or any animal;
- resell, repackage, relabel or distribute them, in whole or in part, for human or veterinary use;
- describe them to any third party as medicines, treatments, supplements or as safe or approved for human use;
- use this website, our content or our analytical reports to promote or facilitate any of the above;
- use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or that interferes with its operation or security.
Breach of this section entitles us to cancel your orders, close your account and refuse future service.
9. Regulatory position
Regulation of research chemicals differs from country to country and changes over time. It is your responsibility, not ours, to determine whether you may lawfully order, import, possess and use a given compound where you are. We do not give legal advice on this, and shipment of an order is not a representation that the order is lawful at its destination. Where a shipment is detained or seized by customs, you bear that risk.
10. Intellectual property
The Verilux Wellness name, logo, product designations (including the VLX-M series naming), site content, photography, diagrams and written material are our property or are used under licence. You may quote or link to our published material with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale, or use our name, branding or certificates of analysis to market your own products.
Certificates of analysis are the work of the issuing laboratory and are published on that laboratory’s domain. They may be viewed and shared, but not altered.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided “as is”. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Verilux Wellness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, research output or business opportunity, however caused. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Equally, nothing in these terms creates any liability on our part arising from a use of our products that these terms prohibit.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Verilux Wellness against any claim, loss, damage, regulatory action or cost arising from your breach of these terms, from your use or misuse of the products, or from your onward supply of them to anyone else.
13. Privacy
How we collect and handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.

ผลิตภัณฑ์ของเราไม่ใช่ยา อาหาร เครื่องสำอาง ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร หรือเครื่องมือแพทย์ และยังไม่ได้รับการอนุมัติจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) ของประเทศไทย องค์การอาหารและยาสหรัฐอเมริกา สำนักงานยาแห่งสหภาพยุโรป หรือหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลใด ๆ เพื่อการวินิจฉัย รักษา บำบัด หรือป้องกันโรคใด ๆ

2. ผู้มีสิทธิ์สั่งซื้อ
การสั่งซื้อถือว่าท่านรับรองและรับประกันว่า:
- ท่านมีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ (อายุบรรลุนิติภาวะตามกฎหมายไทย) หรืออายุบรรลุนิติภาวะตามกฎหมายในประเทศที่ท่านพำนัก แล้วแต่จำนวนใดจะสูงกว่า
- ท่านเป็นนักวิจัยที่มีคุณสมบัติ หรือสั่งซื้อในนามของสถาบันวิจัย ห้องปฏิบัติการ มหาวิทยาลัย หรือองค์กรที่มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยอันชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
- ท่านมีสิทธิ์ตามกฎหมายในการรับและครอบครองวัสดุเหล่านี้ในเขตอำนาจของท่าน
- ท่านจะจัดเก็บ ใช้งาน และกำจัดวัสดุอย่างปลอดภัยตามแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีของห้องปฏิบัติการ
- ท่านจะไม่ขายต่อ แจกจ่าย เปลี่ยนฉลาก หรือส่งมอบวัสดุให้แก่บุคคลใดเพื่อการใช้กับมนุษย์หรือสัตว์
เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธหรือยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อใด ๆ ตามดุลยพินิจของเราโดยไม่ต้องระบุเหตุผล หากเรามีข้อกังวลเกี่ยวกับวัตถุประสงค์การใช้งาน ในกรณีดังกล่าวเราจะคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน
3. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด
การใช้งานเว็บไซต์นี้ การสร้างบัญชี หรือการชำระเงิน ถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้ รวมถึงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของเรา ในขั้นตอนการชำระเงิน ท่านจะต้องยืนยันการยอมรับอย่างชัดแจ้งก่อนจึงจะสั่งซื้อได้ หากท่านไม่ยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ กรุณาอย่าสั่งซื้อ
เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว ฉบับที่เผยแพร่บนหน้านี้ ณ เวลาที่ท่านสั่งซื้อ คือฉบับที่มีผลบังคับใช้กับคำสั่งซื้อนั้น
4. ผลิตภัณฑ์ การตรวจสอบ และใบรับรองผลวิเคราะห์
ทุกล็อตที่เราจำหน่ายผ่านการตรวจสอบสองครั้ง: ครั้งแรก ณ แหล่งสังเคราะห์ และอีกครั้งโดยห้องปฏิบัติการอิสระหลังจากล็อตนั้นมาถึงประเทศไทย รายงานผลวิเคราะห์เผยแพร่บนโดเมนของห้องปฏิบัติการผู้ตรวจเอง ไม่ใช่ของเรา จึงไม่สามารถถูกแก้ไขโดยเราภายหลังการเผยแพร่
- ค่าความบริสุทธิ์ ผลแมสสเปกโตรเมทรี และรหัสล็อตที่แสดงบนเว็บไซต์นี้ อ้างอิงถึงล็อตที่ระบุไว้ในรายงานนั้นโดยเฉพาะ
- ขวดทุกขวดมีรหัสล็อตและรหัสยืนยันแบบขูด ซึ่งเชื่อมโยงกับรายงานของขวดนั้นเอง ท่านตรวจสอบได้ที่ veriluxwellness.com/verify/
- ผลวิเคราะห์อธิบายสภาพของวัสดุ ณ วันที่ทำการตรวจสอบ ไม่ถือเป็นการรับประกันประสิทธิภาพในการทดลองของท่าน และไม่ครอบคลุมกรณีการจัดเก็บที่ไม่เหมาะสมหลังการจัดส่ง
- ภาพผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นภาพประกอบ ลักษณะขวด สีจุกปิด และรุ่นฉลากอาจแตกต่างกันในแต่ละล็อต
5. ราคาและการชำระเงิน
- ราคาทั้งหมดแสดงเป็นเงินบาทไทย (THB) และรวมภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้องแล้ว เว้นแต่ระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น
- ราคา ส่วนลด และจำนวนสินค้าคงคลังอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า ราคาที่ยืนยันในอีเมลยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อคือราคาที่มีผลบังคับ
- เรารับชำระเงินตามช่องทางที่แสดงในหน้าชำระเงิน กรณีมีส่วนลดสำหรับช่องทางใดเป็นการเฉพาะ ส่วนลดจะถูกคำนวณในขั้นตอนชำระเงินและไม่มีผลย้อนหลัง
- การชำระด้วยคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดเมื่อได้รับการยืนยันบนเครือข่ายแล้ว ค่าธรรมเนียมเครือข่าย ความผันผวนของอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนระหว่างการเสนอราคาและการยืนยัน รวมถึงการชำระขาดหรือเกิน เป็นความรับผิดชอบของท่าน อย่างไรก็ตามเราจะร่วมแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวด้วยความสุจริตใจเสมอ
- คำสั่งซื้อจะถือว่าได้รับการตอบรับเมื่อการชำระเงินสมบูรณ์และเราได้ส่งอีเมลยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อแล้ว
6. การจัดส่ง ระบบควบคุมความเย็น และการส่งมอบ
ผลิตภัณฑ์ของเราไวต่ออุณหภูมิ เราจัดส่งด้วยบรรจุภัณฑ์ควบคุมอุณหภูมิแบบมีฉนวน และเก็บรักษาสินค้าที่อุณหภูมิ 2–8 °C นับตั้งแต่ล็อตผ่านพิธีการศุลกากร
- กรุงเทพมหานคร: คำสั่งซื้อที่ยืนยันก่อนเวลา 15:00 น. จะจัดส่งแบบควบคุมความเย็นภายในวันเดียวกัน ขึ้นอยู่กับสินค้าคงคลังและความพร้อมของผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง
- ต่างจังหวัด: โดยทั่วไป 2–3 วัน ผ่านบริการขนส่งด่วนแบบควบคุมความเย็น
- ระยะเวลาจัดส่งเป็นการประมาณการ ไม่ใช่การรับประกัน เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความล่าช้าอันเกิดจากผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง สภาพอากาศ พิธีการศุลกากร หรือเหตุการณ์ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของเรา
- ความเสี่ยงในตัวสินค้าโอนไปยังท่านเมื่อส่งมอบ ณ ที่อยู่ที่ท่านระบุ รวมถึงการส่งมอบให้แก่แผนกต้อนรับอาคาร เคาน์เตอร์โรงแรม ห้องรับจดหมาย หรือบุคคลที่รับแทนท่าน
- ท่านมีหน้าที่นำผลิตภัณฑ์เข้าตู้เย็นโดยเร็วที่สุดเมื่อได้รับ การรับประกันระบบควบคุมความเย็นของเราสิ้นสุดลง ณ จุดส่งมอบ
7. การยกเลิก การคืนสินค้า และการคืนเงิน
เนื่องจากผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นวัสดุวิจัยที่ไวต่ออุณหภูมิ ซึ่งไม่สามารถตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์ได้เมื่อออกจากการดูแลของเราแล้ว เราจึงไม่สามารถรับคืนสินค้าที่ส่งมอบแล้ว ทั้งนี้ไม่กระทบต่อสิทธิของท่านตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคของไทยที่ไม่อาจยกเว้นได้โดยข้อตกลง
- ท่านสามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อและรับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวนได้ทุกเมื่อก่อนการจัดส่ง
- หากสินค้ามาถึงในสภาพเสียหาย ไม่ครบถ้วน มีร่องรอยการเสื่อมสภาพ หรือรหัสล็อตไม่ปรากฏในหน้าตรวจสอบ กรุณาติดต่อเราภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงหลังได้รับพร้อมภาพถ่าย เราจะเปลี่ยนสินค้าหรือคืนเงินให้
- หากผลการตรวจสอบซ้ำโดยห้องปฏิบัติการอิสระที่ท่านว่าจ้าง แสดงว่าวัสดุมีความบริสุทธิ์ต่ำกว่าที่ระบุในใบรับรองผลวิเคราะห์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ กรุณาส่งรายงานมาให้เรา และเราจะคืนเงินสำหรับรายการนั้นเต็มจำนวน
- การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการผ่านช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิม การคืนเงินคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีจะคืนเป็นมูลค่าเทียบเท่าในสินทรัพย์เดียวกัน ณ เวลาที่คืนเงิน
8. การใช้งานที่ต้องห้าม
ท่านต้องไม่:
- นำผลิตภัณฑ์ไปใช้กับตนเอง บุคคลอื่น หรือสัตว์ใด ๆ
- ขายต่อ บรรจุใหม่ เปลี่ยนฉลาก หรือแจกจ่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน เพื่อการใช้กับมนุษย์หรือสัตว์
- อธิบายผลิตภัณฑ์ต่อบุคคลที่สามว่าเป็นยา การรักษา ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร หรือว่าปลอดภัยหรือได้รับอนุมัติสำหรับการใช้กับมนุษย์
- ใช้เว็บไซต์ เนื้อหา หรือรายงานผลวิเคราะห์ของเราเพื่อส่งเสริมหรือสนับสนุนการกระทำข้างต้น
- ใช้เว็บไซต์ในทางที่ผิดกฎหมาย ฉ้อฉล หรือรบกวนการทำงานหรือความปลอดภัยของระบบ
การฝ่าฝืนข้อนี้ให้สิทธิ์เราในการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ ปิดบัญชีของท่าน และปฏิเสธการให้บริการในอนาคต
9. สถานะทางกฎหมายและการกำกับดูแล
การกำกับดูแลสารเคมีเพื่อการวิจัยแตกต่างกันไปในแต่ละประเทศและเปลี่ยนแปลงตามเวลา เป็นความรับผิดชอบของท่าน มิใช่ของเรา ในการตรวจสอบว่าท่านสามารถสั่งซื้อ นำเข้า ครอบครอง และใช้สารนั้นได้โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายในเขตอำนาจของท่านหรือไม่ เราไม่ให้คำแนะนำทางกฎหมายในเรื่องนี้ และการจัดส่งคำสั่งซื้อไม่ถือเป็นการรับรองว่าคำสั่งซื้อนั้นชอบด้วยกฎหมาย ณ ปลายทาง กรณีสินค้าถูกกักหรือยึดโดยศุลกากร ท่านเป็นผู้รับความเสี่ยงดังกล่าว
10. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
ชื่อ Verilux Wellness โลโก้ ชื่อเรียกผลิตภัณฑ์ (รวมถึงระบบชื่อชุด VLX-M) เนื้อหาเว็บไซต์ ภาพถ่าย แผนภาพ และงานเขียน เป็นทรัพย์สินของเราหรือใช้ภายใต้สิทธิ์อนุญาต ท่านสามารถอ้างอิงหรือลิงก์มายังเนื้อหาที่เราเผยแพร่ได้โดยระบุแหล่งที่มา แต่ไม่อาจทำซ้ำทั้งหมด หรือใช้ชื่อ ตราสินค้า หรือใบรับรองผลวิเคราะห์ของเราเพื่อทำการตลาดผลิตภัณฑ์ของท่านเอง
ใบรับรองผลวิเคราะห์เป็นผลงานของห้องปฏิบัติการผู้ออกเอกสาร และเผยแพร่บนโดเมนของห้องปฏิบัติการนั้น สามารถเปิดดูและแบ่งปันได้ แต่ห้ามแก้ไข
11. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
เว็บไซต์และเนื้อหาให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ (“as is”) เราไม่รับประกันว่าเว็บไซต์จะทำงานต่อเนื่องโดยไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด หรือข้อมูลบนเว็บไซต์จะครบถ้วนหรือเป็นปัจจุบันเสมอ
ภายใต้ขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายไทยอนุญาต Verilux Wellness ไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายโดยบังเอิญ ความเสียหายพิเศษ หรือความเสียหายสืบเนื่อง รวมถึงการสูญเสียกำไร ข้อมูล ผลการวิจัย หรือโอกาสทางธุรกิจ ไม่ว่าจะเกิดจากสาเหตุใด ความรับผิดรวมของเราที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคำสั่งซื้อใด ๆ จำกัดอยู่ที่จำนวนเงินที่ท่านชำระสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อนั้น
ไม่มีข้อความใดในข้อกำหนดนี้ที่จำกัดความรับผิดของเราต่อการเสียชีวิตหรือการบาดเจ็บอันเกิดจากความประมาทเลินเล่อของเรา ต่อการฉ้อฉล หรือต่อความรับผิดใด ๆ ที่ไม่อาจยกเว้นได้ตามกฎหมาย ในทำนองเดียวกัน ไม่มีข้อความใดในข้อกำหนดนี้ที่ก่อให้เกิดความรับผิดของเราอันเกิดจากการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ในลักษณะที่ข้อกำหนดนี้ห้ามไว้
12. การชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย
ท่านตกลงชดใช้ค่าเสียหายให้แก่ Verilux Wellness สำหรับข้อเรียกร้อง ความสูญเสีย ความเสียหาย การดำเนินการทางกฎหมายโดยหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล หรือค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ อันเกิดจากการที่ท่านฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดนี้ จากการใช้หรือใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ในทางที่ผิด หรือจากการส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ต่อให้แก่บุคคลอื่น
13. ความเป็นส่วนตัว
