This policy explains what personal data Verilux Wellness collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
1. Who we are
Verilux Wellness (“we”, “us”) operates veriluxwellness.com and is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us through our contact page or on LINE at @verilux.th.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Order details: name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and the contents of your order.
- Account details: if you create an account, your username, password hash, and saved addresses.
- Correspondence: messages you send us by email, the contact form, or LINE, including anything you choose to include in them.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: pages visited, referring source, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type. We use Burst Statistics, which is configured to store this data on our own server rather than sending it to a third-party advertising network.
- Technical data: IP address, timestamps and error logs kept by our host for security and troubleshooting.
- Preferences: your language choice and cart contents, stored in cookies and local storage on your own device.
What we deliberately do not collect
- We do not store your card details. Card payments are handled entirely by the payment processor; we receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.
- We do not collect health data, medical history, or any information about what you intend to do with a compound, and we ask that you do not send us any.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone, for any purpose.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To fulfil your order — name, address, contact details and order contents are shared with our courier so the parcel can reach you. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- To provide customer support and answer questions about batches, orders and deliveries. Lawful basis: performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a responsive service.
- To meet legal and tax obligations, including keeping accounting records. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraudulent orders. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Lawful basis: legitimate interest, using aggregated, self-hosted analytics.
- To send you updates, only if you have explicitly opted in. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary, with:
- Couriers — our Bangkok same-day cold-chain partner and NIM Express for provincial delivery, who receive your name, address and phone number.
- Payment processors — who handle the transaction directly and share only confirmation data back with us.
- Our hosting and email providers, who process data on our instructions under contract.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose. We will tell you if this happens unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
Some of these providers operate servers outside Thailand. Where data is transferred abroad, we rely on providers that offer contractual data-protection commitments meeting PDPA standards.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use only the cookies the site needs to work, plus first-party analytics:
- Essential: your shopping cart, checkout session and login state. The site cannot function without these.
- Preference:
vlx_langstores whether you are browsing in English or Thai, for one year. - Analytics: Burst Statistics sets a first-party identifier so a single visit is not counted repeatedly.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or third-party tracking networks. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time, though essential cookies are needed to place an order.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: retained for the period required by Thai tax and accounting law, currently five years from the end of the relevant financial year.
- Account data: retained until you ask us to close the account, then deleted apart from records we must keep for the period above.
- Support correspondence: up to two years, so we can trace the history of a batch or a delivery issue.
- Analytics: aggregated after twelve months and no longer linked to an individual visitor.
7. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Administrative access is restricted, passwords are stored hashed, and we keep our platform and plugins patched. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as the PDPA requires.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data, where we have no overriding legal obligation to keep it;
- restrict or object to a particular use, including analytics;
- transfer your data to another provider in a portable format;
- withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.
Write to us via the contact page and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
9. Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 20, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be notified by email where we hold your address.

1. เราคือใคร
Verilux Wellness (“เรา”) เป็นผู้ให้บริการเว็บไซต์ veriluxwellness.com และเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามที่ระบุในนโยบายนี้ ท่านติดต่อเราได้ที่หน้าติดต่อ หรือทาง LINE @verilux.th
2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม
ข้อมูลที่ท่านให้แก่เรา
- ข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อ: ชื่อ ที่อยู่จัดส่ง อีเมล หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ และรายการสินค้าในคำสั่งซื้อ
- ข้อมูลบัญชี: หากท่านสร้างบัญชี ได้แก่ ชื่อผู้ใช้ รหัสผ่านที่เข้ารหัสแล้ว และที่อยู่ที่บันทึกไว้
- การติดต่อสื่อสาร: ข้อความที่ท่านส่งถึงเราทางอีเมล แบบฟอร์มติดต่อ หรือ LINE รวมถึงเนื้อหาที่ท่านเลือกใส่ในข้อความนั้น
ข้อมูลที่เก็บโดยอัตโนมัติ
- ข้อมูลเชิงสถิติ: หน้าที่เข้าชม แหล่งที่มา ตำแหน่งโดยประมาณจากหมายเลข IP ประเภทอุปกรณ์และเบราว์เซอร์ เราใช้ Burst Statistics ซึ่งตั้งค่าให้จัดเก็บข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราเอง ไม่ส่งต่อไปยังเครือข่ายโฆษณาภายนอก
- ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค: หมายเลข IP บันทึกเวลา และบันทึกข้อผิดพลาดที่ผู้ให้บริการโฮสติ้งเก็บไว้เพื่อความปลอดภัยและการแก้ไขปัญหา
- การตั้งค่า: ภาษาที่ท่านเลือกและรายการในตะกร้าสินค้า จัดเก็บในคุกกี้และหน่วยความจำบนอุปกรณ์ของท่านเอง
ข้อมูลที่เราตั้งใจไม่เก็บ
- เราไม่จัดเก็บข้อมูลบัตรของท่าน การชำระเงินด้วยบัตรดำเนินการโดยผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงินทั้งหมด เราได้รับเพียงการยืนยันและเลขสี่หลักสุดท้าย
- เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลสุขภาพ ประวัติการรักษา หรือข้อมูลใด ๆ เกี่ยวกับสิ่งที่ท่านตั้งใจจะทำกับสารประกอบ และขอความกรุณาอย่าส่งข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาให้เรา
- เราไม่ขาย ให้เช่า หรือแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกับผู้ใดไม่ว่าเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ใด
3. วัตถุประสงค์และฐานทางกฎหมาย
- เพื่อดำเนินการตามคำสั่งซื้อ — ชื่อ ที่อยู่ ข้อมูลติดต่อ และรายการสินค้า จะถูกส่งต่อให้ผู้ให้บริการขนส่งเพื่อจัดส่งพัสดุถึงท่าน ฐานทางกฎหมาย: การปฏิบัติตามสัญญา
- เพื่อให้บริการลูกค้า และตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับล็อตการผลิต คำสั่งซื้อ และการจัดส่ง ฐานทางกฎหมาย: การปฏิบัติตามสัญญา และประโยชน์อันชอบธรรมในการให้บริการที่ตอบสนอง
- เพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและภาระภาษี รวมถึงการเก็บรักษาเอกสารทางบัญชี ฐานทางกฎหมาย: การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
- เพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยของเว็บไซต์ และป้องกันคำสั่งซื้อที่เป็นการฉ้อฉล ฐานทางกฎหมาย: ประโยชน์อันชอบธรรม
- เพื่อทำความเข้าใจการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ และนำไปปรับปรุง ฐานทางกฎหมาย: ประโยชน์อันชอบธรรม โดยใช้สถิติแบบรวมที่จัดเก็บบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเราเอง
- เพื่อส่งข่าวสารถึงท่าน เฉพาะเมื่อท่านสมัครรับโดยชัดแจ้งเท่านั้น ฐานทางกฎหมาย: ความยินยอม ซึ่งท่านถอนได้ทุกเมื่อ
4. เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้ใครบ้าง
เราเปิดเผยเท่าที่จำเป็นที่สุด แก่:
- ผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง — พันธมิตรจัดส่งแบบควบคุมความเย็นภายในวันในกรุงเทพฯ และ NIM Express สำหรับต่างจังหวัด ซึ่งได้รับชื่อ ที่อยู่ และหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ของท่าน
- ผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงิน — ซึ่งดำเนินธุรกรรมโดยตรงและส่งกลับมาให้เราเพียงข้อมูลการยืนยัน
- ผู้ให้บริการโฮสติ้งและอีเมล ซึ่งประมวลผลข้อมูลตามคำสั่งของเราภายใต้สัญญา
- หน่วยงานราชการ ในกรณีที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้ต้องเปิดเผย เราจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบ เว้นแต่กฎหมายห้ามไว้
ผู้ให้บริการบางรายมีเซิร์ฟเวอร์อยู่นอกประเทศไทย กรณีมีการโอนข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ เราเลือกใช้ผู้ให้บริการที่มีข้อผูกพันตามสัญญาด้านการคุ้มครองข้อมูลในระดับที่สอดคล้องกับ PDPA
5. คุกกี้และการจัดเก็บบนเครื่อง
เราใช้เฉพาะคุกกี้ที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานของเว็บไซต์ และสถิติแบบเก็บเองเท่านั้น:
- จำเป็น: ตะกร้าสินค้า เซสชันการชำระเงิน และสถานะการเข้าสู่ระบบ เว็บไซต์ทำงานไม่ได้หากไม่มีคุกกี้เหล่านี้
- การตั้งค่า:

เราไม่ใช้คุกกี้โฆษณา พิกเซลติดตามเพื่อยิงโฆษณาซ้ำ หรือเครือข่ายติดตามภายนอก ท่านสามารถลบหรือบล็อกคุกกี้ในเบราว์เซอร์ได้ทุกเมื่อ แต่คุกกี้ที่จำเป็นต้องเปิดใช้งานเพื่อสั่งซื้อ
6. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา
- บันทึกคำสั่งซื้อและใบกำกับภาษี: เก็บตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายภาษีและบัญชีของไทยกำหนด ปัจจุบันคือ 5 ปีนับจากสิ้นรอบปีบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้: เก็บจนกว่าท่านจะขอปิดบัญชี จากนั้นจะลบทิ้ง ยกเว้นข้อมูลที่ต้องเก็บตามระยะเวลาข้างต้น
- การติดต่อฝ่ายบริการ: ไม่เกิน 2 ปี เพื่อให้สามารถตรวจสอบย้อนหลังเรื่องล็อตการผลิตหรือปัญหาการจัดส่งได้
- ข้อมูลสถิติ: รวมเป็นข้อมูลภาพรวมหลัง 12 เดือน และไม่เชื่อมโยงกับผู้เข้าชมรายบุคคลอีกต่อไป
7. การรักษาความปลอดภัย
เว็บไซต์ให้บริการผ่าน HTTPS การเข้าถึงส่วนผู้ดูแลระบบถูกจำกัด รหัสผ่านจัดเก็บในรูปแบบเข้ารหัส และเราปรับปรุงแพลตฟอร์มและปลั๊กอินให้เป็นปัจจุบันเสมอ ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัยอย่างสมบูรณ์ และเราไม่อ้างเช่นนั้น หากเกิดเหตุละเมิดข้อมูลที่กระทบต่อท่าน เราจะแจ้งท่านและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ PDPA กำหนด
8. สิทธิของท่าน
ภายใต้ PDPA ท่านสามารถขอให้เรา:
- ส่งสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่เราเก็บไว้
- แก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่ครบถ้วน
- ลบข้อมูลของท่าน ในกรณีที่เราไม่มีภาระตามกฎหมายที่ต้องเก็บไว้
- จำกัดหรือคัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูลบางประการ รวมถึงการเก็บสถิติ
- โอนข้อมูลของท่านไปยังผู้ให้บริการรายอื่นในรูปแบบที่อ่านได้ด้วยเครื่อง
- ถอนความยินยอมที่เคยให้ไว้ โดยไม่กระทบต่อการดำเนินการที่ทำไปแล้วก่อนการถอน
กรุณาติดต่อเราผ่านหน้าติดต่อ เราจะตอบกลับภายใน 30 วัน หากท่านไม่พอใจกับการตอบกลับ ท่านสามารถร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้
9. ผู้เยาว์
เว็บไซต์นี้ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่ผู้มีอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี และเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลจากบุคคลดังกล่าวโดยเจตนา หากท่านเชื่อว่าผู้เยาว์ได้ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลแก่เรา กรุณาแจ้งเรา และเราจะดำเนินการลบทันที
10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
หากเราเปลี่ยนแปลงวิธีจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เราจะปรับปรุงหน้านี้และแก้ไขวันที่ด้านบน กรณีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีนัยสำคัญต่อการใช้ข้อมูลที่ท่านให้ไว้แล้ว เราจะแจ้งทางอีเมลหากเรามีที่อยู่อีเมลของท่าน
